All muffle furnaces that silcarb manufactures uses either the alpha rod silicon carbide heaters or the mosil range of mosi2 heaters that are made in house.
We manufacture assaying muffle furnaces for the precious metal industry with gas-tight muffles. All muffle furnaces are completely programmable with a minimum of 8 programs with 8 steps in each program. Special igniters and draw out systems can be provided for ignitable volatiles etc…
Silcarb specializes in lab-scale table-top muffle furnaces all the way up to industrial production furnaces with a sic based single piece muffle.
